My material is persons, organisations, and the web of systems that hold them up — for better and worse.
I help individuals and groups see what is happening inside and between people: the patterns, emotions, stories and subtle dynamics that shape our relationships, decisions and everyday situations.
My work brings clarity, meaning and playfulness to moments that feel confusing or stuck, and opens pathways for more skillful communication, presence and leadership.
My approach is grounded, intuitive, deeply human — and often surprising and funny.
I don’t teach self‑mastery as performance or optimization.
I teach Self in Life: how to move wisely in life-as-is. Yourself, in your roles, with and among others.
I work at the intersection of self‑understanding, communication and relational dynamics.
My gift is seeing the invisible threads — the emotional patterns, unspoken expectations, identity stories and situational forces that shape how we show up with others.

I translate complexity into something readable, relatable, valuable and actionable.
At the heart of my work is a simple truth:
Becoming yourself takes a lifetime.
Not as self‑improvement or achievement, but as a process of experiencing and revealing the magic of you - so you can use the best of you.
