My material is real people in real life.
The inner‑outer collisions that shape how we show up — roles, relationships, emotions, patterns, dynamics and the systems that hold everything together.
I translate situations into meanings and tools that unlock capacity, enable communication and make wise action possible.
My work is practical, grounded and deeply human.
I don’t offer self‑optimization, “a better version of you” or "world's best team".
I offer Applied Selfhood — the skill of moving wisely in life‑as‑it‑is. You, in your roles, with and among others.

That’s when we lose access to our human capacity and create unnecessary trouble.
There are always more options. My work is helping you see them — and remember them.
